Going to Tend has been one of the worst dental experiences in my life except my current dentist for Invisalign, Dr Kim (he's great). They consistently screw up my dental insurance info. Have multiple appts scheduled on the app incorrectly. You cannot contact the local office and only contact their hq with customer service issues. I've been sent to the wrong location to pick up my invisalign packets. And today they randomly stopped taking my dental insurance. Good riddance!

I was emailed to confirm my appointment. I couldn't both in app and on desktop due to a Serverless Function crashing. Calling, the automated system prompted me to confirm but then redirected me to someone presumably because of the same error in the background. Look, since then it's likely fixed, but it's just these web apps masquerading as mobile apps that have the same internal api without any semi-automated fall back that gets to me. Turns out the person could help me better than the app.
