Description

Tend VR has created a unique way to deliver Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) through virtual reality headsets as part of an immersive 8-week course.

This mobile app has been designed as a companion to the course, to enhance and support the learning and to allow the user access to ongoing guidance on the mindfulness practices that are introduced in the VR.

The content is divided by week and is split into topics, each comprising a brief description and an audio recording.

The meditations and movement sessions are listed at the start of each week's content and are intended for regular use.

The “learning” sessions look at the key themes from different angles. These are intended to be listened to once, but you can revisit them whenever you want.

You can listen to the recordings each week in any order you prefer, depending on the time and suitable location available to you and what feels right at that moment. None are compulsory but we encourage you to try and complete them all.
