Developers updated the game the day after I encounter issues and so far works like a charm. Let's see how it continues. I play the PC version and as a competitive tennis player, and it's great. Impossible to play. Downloaded and installed, get to the loading screen, and it never finishes to load. I've cleared the Cache, Cleared App data, rebooted the phone and uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and no luck; It just gets stuck on the loading screen and never finishes loading. A shame.

Most concerning issue is it crashes and u have to reinstall. Stacks u up against bots in the live arena makes u constantly lose against them despite better stats, being on your players preferred surface against the opponents weakest surface e.g. def baseliner on clay vs a power player and having the tactics set to said surface. Also support is negligent and does not work, ive tried reaching out multiple times, there's been hundreds of ads that ive clicked through where i didn't get the stamina.

I feel there are things to change If I were them. 1. PVE Mental bar is rigged. Opponent barely loses 15% when s/he loses a set yet if my player loses Instead it reaches almost 50% 2. A.I. opponents can beat you even you're far stronger in PVE and if the situation is reverse, you could barely make it a great match despite the predictable L 3. PVP is the worst player mode of this game. Transactions for free tickets, stupid rewards after a win, limited chances to play with 2-hour interval 4. Etc.
