★★☆☆☆ I purchased the trip box for our trip to Ireland and the box didn't work at least half of the time. I was never able to make calls (even though I had prepaid for a phone number and a number of minutes). Support kept sending me messages to keep trying and that they were trying different things, but frankly I wanted too much of my vacation dealing with issues before I switched back to another app that worked seamlessly. My advice is don't water your time.
★★☆☆☆ App will not connect to phone, SMS message of code never arrives
★★☆☆☆ Added money to the account so I could get a Tep phone number. After doing that, the app told me that no more phone numbers are available. I called Tep and was told they'd have to ask the developers what is going on. So now the company has my money and I don't have a phone number.
