For balance yeah the apps a bit clunky but for the purpose of importing a timing schedule to radiator it works for me. Worth noting the app exports the schedule into elements memory, the app then has nothing to do with it and will run as scheduled. The element shows a green light to show schedule is running. If it reaches temp programmed it then ends timed period.

Just installed a tubular bathroom radiator with a TermaBlue rod heater. I was a bit concerned after downloading the app and then reading the reviews, however after a bit of trial and error mucking about with the app settings and figuring out the mode LED colors on the heater control module, it's working perfectly. Admittedly you have to be pretty close to the heater control module to Bluetooth but once that's done, it just works as expected. Early days but it's working well and very happy.

As a lot of people have said. Terrible app and device. If I had known I would not buy this, and instead used a heating element with my floor thermostat. However, with enough fiddling you can program it to work on a schedule and never have to touch it again. The way I got it to work was: 1. Stay close to the radiator 2. Create your own schedule 3. Customize it to your liking 4. Assign a heater to the schedule 5. Click "Send to thermostat" 6. Then change the program to "Schedule"

Impossible to get the app to pair with the radiators. If you do succeed, you'll find the app fails to connect to the rads after a few days, and you're back to trying to re-pair.

App useless, for Bluetooth to work, you have to be standing beside the radiator, and then setting a schedule just does not work. The easiest way to operate the thermostat is manual operation
