Description

Mit der kostenlos verfügbaren Terresta App kann ein Mieter die gemeinsam benutzte Waschraum Infrastruktur (Waschmaschine und Tumbler) reservieren. Damit entsteht ein vollständig dynamischer und flexibler Reservierungskalender. Die Mieter können dann waschen, wenn es nötig ist und nicht nach einem starren Kalender.
Den Mietern soll wenn möglich grösste Freiheiten geboten und so wenig Einschränkungen wie möglich gemacht werden. Pro Mehrfamilienhaus wird ohne Einschränkungen gestartet (Anzahl Waschgänge pro Tag, Woche, Monat oder auch Abständen zwischen den Waschgängen).
Die Mieter werden gebeten, sich pro Mehrfamilienhaus wenn möglich auch durch Absprachen zu organisieren. Es wird erwartet, dass Familienmänner und Familienfrauen die keiner beruflichen Tätigkeit ausserhalb nachgehen, während des Tages die Infrastruktur benutzen (also am Morgen und am Nachmittag). Dementsprechend soll den MieternInnen welche einer externen beruflichen Tätigkeit nachgehen der Abend frei gehalten werden.
Die Hauswarte, Facility Manager oder der Gebäudeservice haben zusätzliche Funktionen, mit welchen das System administriert werden kann.
Auch bietet diese App die Möglichkeit, mittels Feedback-Funktion mit der Liegenschaftenverwaltung (vertragliches), dem Gebäudeservice (z.B. Schadenmeldungen) oder mit den Betreibern der Software Lösung zu kommunizieren.
