★★☆☆☆ If you are in hawaii and need a basic bank with never any branch lines, this is the bank to have. Unfortunately their app for Android is unusable. From not installing saying you need external storage, to crashing. The app on my iphone has been flawless

★★☆☆☆ Get notifications but doesn't update the spending history until who knows when (no way to refresh). Thought you could transfer savings to checking and vise versa, but can only transfer checking to savings, not the other way around. Overall decent... but frustrating to use.

★★☆☆☆ Recent for MFA causes crashes Installed an update and new feature is for multifactor authentication (note: can't opt out). Go through registering and near end, app crashed. Got confirmation text that setup worked but now can'tget past the Enroll step. It wants me to enroll (again) and info is there, no need to re-enter. Click "enroll" button and crashes but still get text with code. But it crashes on each login so stuck in a loop. Now can't get instant balance. Pending with tech support.
