Horrible new UI I cannot place a call if the number is not in my contacts. The call button is greyed out. I then add the number to my contacts, but it won't show up on the app. Stuck with useless credit.

Good quality calls and good rates, but your credit expires after 180 days. If you make infrequent calls like myself it's not worth it. I paid for it, so I don't see why I shouldn't be able to use my credit when I see fit. Switched to Yolla which is just 1p more per min and doesn't seem to have expiring credit

Constant issues. Showing connection but no sound and changing you 100%. You paying for nothing. Customer service never knows what you are talking about their "system" is not showing anything wrong. When you restart app and or reinstall app, and you finally connected after few minutes you are disconnected again and again. Useless. After few reinstaling of the app you cannot register your phone anymore and you loosing all your credit. To get it back you go back to useless customer service...
