You can not get enough items. For example, 2 liters bottles are limited to 5 bottles. Could not order 7up and Coca-Cola. These were available. I just couldn't buy them.

I've been a loyal online customer, booking my weekly shop consistently, so I raised an issue that the produce was no longer available. Customer services had nothing to report, showed lack of interest, and did nothing to help. Week on week, I've watched as my items disappeared due to availability or no longer stocked. I had to buy extra groceries in other stores to make up the missing items. But as I was paying for the monthly subscription for deliveries, it made no sense, so I've changed provider

Half the products I usually order are not even in the app. Dog food, which can not be changed on a whim is almost never available. Tesco own brand burger buns are not on the app. Despite trying to avoid going to the shop in bad weather, a second trip to the actual store will be necessary to get the remaining items needed
