I think this is awesome! At least it worked for me very well. I ordered on Sunday and by Monday everything was delivered, paid by card and that's it. It's convenient for me since I broke my leg. This app is great for people who have injuries like me, are quarantined in these crazy times. However, the delivery supposed to be from 8 to 10 in the morning, it arrived around 7 in the evening which I don't mind I got a discount.

The app used to be pretty good, but after the complete redesign the best feature has been removed - manually adding products to watch list and the app showing notifications of price cuts of these products.

Absolutely horrendous! Never ever buying from you and making sure everyone I know thinks twice before doing so too. No wonder tesco is on the decline when your services are this abysmal. When half of what you order is wrong and cheaper version than what you paid for, e.g. Milk lactose 3.5% fat, you deliver 1.5%, pasta some cheap fussily instead of pasta I ordered, cheap flour, cheap beans, last time I let you get away with it when it was start of pandemic. Not again!

The delivery service is great, but the app UX is messy and annoying. Items are sometimes grouped according to a strange logic, so you have trouble finding them AND the search does not work properly. The app account disconnects from your club card on its own, so you don't actually get the discounts you expect. When you reconnect it, the app switches interfaces. The app constantly returns errors and sometimes just crashes when you try to pay.
