Updated device firmware (Testo 300) phone s22 ultra and app. Works really well. The only annoying feature is when you use a phone to remote stop/start the analyzer. To restart the analyzer I have to go to the analyzer, (sometimes up many flights of stairs/ladders) remove the probe, zero it and press start, making the remote start useless. The only option is to leave the analyzer running constantly risking CO overload. With previous Testo analyzers this zeroing wasn't required at every start.

Pairing with testo 770-3. Can't change measuring units from F to C in thermocouple measuring mode. When changed to C and pressed save, it does not change

I'm not sure why this app is rated so poorly. I have never had any issues with it at all, knock on wood. If people want to see what a bad HVAC tool app really is, you guys haven't seen field piece's app yet. One thing I would change with this app is to easily suppress my gauges when I'm trying to look at other tools because they take priority, and I cannot see all data from other devices with the gauges open.

Great app. Please add the ability to mark a point during a vacuum when the vacuum is valved off and held under vacuum so that when you do a report it shows how long the vacuum was held after it was valved off, so we can see if and how many microns it went up or down.

I feel sorry for those that have bought into the testo smart tools. Testo forces update each execution, what setup you had before that was working now No longer works. Now you're forced wasting time setting up Your device is to work with an app again. That's probably programmed by someone that doesn't have a clue. Of what field work is and how time sensitive it is. I've spent more time trying to get the device is to link up to the app then I spend using the tools doing my job. Testo 0 stars.

The app makes me log in every day. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app same problem. The probe mapping does not save. I have to select the probes by the last 3 digits of the serial number which are very small to read. Can we name the probes when we set them up the first time, so we know which probe is which every time? I feel the Testo app should be just as good as the hardware. There is another app that nailed these features but lacks the look and feel of the Testo app.

The app was good until somebody decided to make changes. Now I cannot connect my 410i anymore. When I bought the probe years ago I had no problem connecting it. I now have a very expensive paper weight.

Tried to hook up my wireless gages, and it won't recognize them, sucks paid 700 plus for the set and can't get them to hook up to this app or my gages, really figured the app would work, will rerate if I can get them to hook up later
