Updated device firmware (Testo 300) phone s22 ultra and app. Works really well. The only annoying feature is when you use a phone to remote stop/start the analyzer. To restart the analyzer I have to go to the analyzer, (sometimes up many flights of stairs/ladders) remove the probe, zero it and press start, making the remote start useless. The only option is to leave the analyzer running constantly risking CO overload. With previous Testo analyzers this zeroing wasn't required at every start.

I'm not sure why this app is rated so poorly. I have never had any issues with it at all, knock on wood. If people want to see what a bad HVAC tool app really is, you guys haven't seen field piece's app yet. One thing I would change with this app is to easily suppress my gauges when I'm trying to look at other tools because they take priority, and I cannot see all data from other devices with the gauges open.

Pairing with testo 770-3. Can't change measuring units from F to C in thermocouple measuring mode. When changed to C and pressed save, it does not change

Great app. Please add the ability to mark a point during a vacuum when the vacuum is valved off and held under vacuum so that when you do a report it shows how long the vacuum was held after it was valved off, so we can see if and how many microns it went up or down.

Kept trying to force me to update saying it would only take a few minutes. I kept declining because I'm busy working and don't see any reason for the update since my gages were working just fine. Unfortunately it asks you to update the firmware every single time you do something, and unfortunately I accidentally accepted while evacuating a system. Now I've been completely locked out of my equipment for the last 30 minutes, it isn't even 50% done with its update, and I need to FINISH MY JOB!

The app makes me log in every day. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app same problem. The probe mapping does not save. I have to select the probes by the last 3 digits of the serial number which are very small to read. Can we name the probes when we set them up the first time, so we know which probe is which every time? I feel the Testo app should be just as good as the hardware. There is another app that nailed these features but lacks the look and feel of the Testo app.

App don't well since last update. want to connect gauges anymore. Just want old version back but got replacement phone due to LCD and downloaded the app again n its garbage now. This is exactly why I have auto updates turned off on everything. Love the tools but makes it hard to want to buy more or recommend them when the app which is required for certain tools to even function at all doesn't connect properly regularly. Consistancy is important. Roll back to a quality version please.
