the best tethering widget this is the best tethering widget especially for tethering via USB to your netbook. i've been using other apps, they could tether via wifi (hotspot) but fail to tether correctly via USB (they just turning on USB tethering option in Setting, but no internet connection to the netbook, so i had to turn off trough the setting menu and switch it back on). But this app could tether correctly via USB. 5 stars.

Works, just barely. Two major issues. First, it's a single-cell widget with multiple areas where it needs to be pressed. But the graphics displayed make it hard to figure out where to press. So it's quite hard to use. Second, after tethering is disabled, it does not properly restore any previously-active Wi-Fi state. So now you have to restore it yourself. Hence it's not a one-click solution.
