No AC in the car and I couldn't figure out why my card kept getting denied but had to get an order in for my girlfriends' birthday, so I just drove to the restaurant and pulled up out back. I gave my order to a kind waitress after I explained my situation. So while I figured out my debit card was locked, and I needed to unlock it in my mobile app She came out with a large ice-cold sweet tea and that made my day. So paid for the food and it was all perfect. No charge for the Ice Tea and refill either.

I tried the food today for the first time. It was easy to order online the Mac n cheese was hard, it wasn't done . I didn't get steak sauce I liked the steak and rolls.not sure what I put on baked potato I thought it was butter it tasted like cinnamon or some spice . Ruined my potato.

Use to be great. Doesn't work any more even after uninstall and reinstall. Constantly says password is incorrect even though I've reset three times. Six if you include last week. Guess im done with Texas. Ruby Tuesday app works great. Michael This issue still exist. I again uninstalled app and reinstalled. Changed password and still says password incorrect every single time without fail. They have easily lost $400 so far. YOU STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THIS OR CONTACTED ME ABOUT IT! YOU'RE LOOSING AGAIN

I went to the nw loop location by ingram with my disabled husband, and he used the app to avoid wait times but when we got there still had to wait. He ordered some food, and it took a bit to get it we ate 2 baskets of bread while waiting, but he got the BBQ ribs that were not all that fancy, and I got the catfish. The fish was so bland and tasteless and the corn meal breading really was not good. It was too hard for me to chew and for the price $18 I was really disappointed in y'all

Auto Add TIP Absolutely disgusting to ask for a TIP before service is provided, to default to 10%, when I sort what I'm getting, process the order, stand in line to pick up, even process payment, no real excuse to expect More than a buck or two and that only after order picked up!

Wouldn't let me eat just because of an employee that got me fired and STOLE MY JOB!!!! Madison Maree Martinez 6016 N. Hearty St. 99208 Spokane Wa. Born 2000 July 17 in Colville. Horrible management!!! Used to have great silverware!!! She doesn't take showers and leaves her braces decking!!! Shout out to Spokane WA!!!!!!
