Trash app. They messed up my access to pay my car loan. They expect me to fix the problem. I won't use the app again. When my loan is paid, I won't use this bank again. Frustrating!

Don't sign up for the bonus checking account. They have enough loopholes added in to avoid paying out claims when they occur. I tried to put in a claim for my phone repair, as it is an awesome-added perk to the checking account that is included in your monthly $10 fee that they will reimburse you for stolen or damaged phone repairs. Or so I thought. On entering my claim they took less than 48 hours to find a way to wiggle out of paying the claim. They don't care about their clients.

Fix the belle page. I have bad eyesight and have to have my font pretty big on my phone. The belle transfer page is not functional if the text is bigger than the smallest size. I have to have my daughter make my phone font small, so she can type the amount and then hit the send button. If the font is any si, e other than the smallest the send button is off of the bottom of the screen and impossible to press and the number amount you enter is unreadable. This is very inconvenient.
