Texlaculture Workplace Admin

Workplace is the field app for facility inspections. It turns a site visit into a record your organisation can rely on: who inspected, where they were, what they found, and what was done about it.

INSPECT ON SCHEDULE
• See today's inspections and what is coming up, each with its location, checklist and due time.
• Check in on site — an inspection can only be started from inside the location's boundary.
• Walk area by area through a clear checklist: answer each check with "Yes, OK" or "Needs attention".
• Mark a whole area as fine in one tap when everything checks out.

EVIDENCE YOU CAN TRUST
• Photos and short videos are captured live with the camera at the time of the inspection — never picked from a gallery.
• Hold the mic to dictate notes instead of typing. Speech is turned into text on your phone.
• Every answer, photo and note is attached to the inspection and the person who recorded it.

ISSUES THAT GET FIXED
• A check marked "Needs attention" automatically raises an issue, sent to the right team based on its severity.
• Raise an issue at any time, without waiting for an inspection — with photos or a video.
• Discuss an issue with the team in its own chat.
• Repairs are closed with proof: the person who fixes it submits evidence, and a reviewer approves it before the issue is closed.

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
• No signal in the basement or plant room? Keep working. Answers, photos and issues are saved on the phone and upload automatically when you are back online.
• View and share the inspection report as soon as you finish.

FOR SUPERVISORS AND HEAD OFFICE
• See every inspection that is due or overdue across your projects.
• Plan and adjust visits on the calendar and assign them to inspectors.
• Tag a location's position and boundary by standing in it.
• Track schedule compliance and open issues across the whole estate.

ABOUT ACCOUNTS
Workplace is for organisations that use Texlaculture for facilities management. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator — there is no public sign-up. Contact your administrator or support@texlaculture.ai for access.

PRIVACY
Your location is read only while the app is open, when you check in or tag a location — never in the background. The camera and microphone are used only when you take a photo, record a video or hold the mic to dictate.
