Not sure what time you push updates but every morning when I open this app to use at work, it tells me I need to update. Maybe a setting on my end, but I have updates set to automatically install over Wi-Fi and data connection, yet I still get this prompt. Updates should be pushed in the early morning hours when most people are sleeping, so they are ready for use when the work day gets started.

Great product, i rarely ever have issues. And if I do, they are resolved fast by support. Not sure what phone some of the other people doing ratings are but my Samsung Galaxy works fine and all my techs with i-phones or samsung phones don't have issues either.

Required to use it for work, only person with an android at the dealership, only person with these problems. My works now making me buy an iPhone or IPad to use. If you have an android it's not worth using this app. All the bugs previous people have complained about are still present. They refuse to fix this app, its obvious its only optimized for apple products. If your considering purchasing this app license as a dealership or independent shop I do not recommend. Phone and app fully updated.

Less than 3/4 successful uploads don't get sent to customers!! I'm forced to use this app for work, and it's proven itself completely useless, resulting in me getting chewed out for having 9 OUT OF 47 videos actually sent out. I check for the "upload successful" notification every time, yet the video doesn't get sent.

It doesn't upload the videos to the customer and like other users here, I get in trouble for it. Please fix it asap. I also have to restart my phone for every video because of errors.
