TextGrabber - DISCONTINUED

★★★★★ Fantastic OCR! Sadly, it won't appear in Android's "Share with" dialog, which really hinders workflow. Please add! CLARIFICATION: Thanks for the reply, but I was referring to Text Grabber not appearing in the Android "Share with" dialog, which you'd need to be able to open an image or screenshot in Text Grabber directly from within Gallery, Google Photos or so. Currently, you have to make the screenshot, then open Text Grabber, then reopen the image from there. This could be simplified. Thanks!

The app is better than ever. It only stumbles a tiny bit with images having lots of objects around the text, making it hard to detect. It's 99% accurate on these images, and 100% on all others. ★★★★★ I purchased this app a while back, and had not utilized much. Today tried to grab some Chinese characters from an article and this app couldn't recognize many characters. I used both Chinese character options in the setting. So is there an add-on Chinese characters plugin for this app or something?

★★☆☆☆ Reply to the developer's reply to my previous rating... since I don't have any free tries left, I guess I won't be able to try your suggestions. Therefore, I have deleted the app, no sense cluttering ip my phone with trash.

★★☆☆☆ Does not recognize text at all. Took a picture of a label ''no 1.'' and it told me to retake the picture. The shot was very clear. Don't know why these apps can't do what they are built to do.
