★★★★★ TFCU has honestly been the best banking experience I've ever had. Even though I've moved away from Tewksbury, I refuse to switch to a new bank. The app is great as well, simple and straightforward.

★★★★★ Works pretty well. The fingerprint scanner tends to give me a hard time sometimes. I like that I can make transfers quick and easy

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't actually open. Remains frozen on the initial loading screen and won't minimize. Have to fully close the app to regain use of phone.

★★☆☆☆ This app is garbage. Freezes as soon as you open it. Now I'll have to drive all the way to the bank in order to pay my car loan and transfer money between accounts until they fix it. So stupid. Maybe work out all the bugs in a new app before you reactive the old one that worked perfectly fine. I'm not the only one having this problem either. Get THIS FIXED ASAP.
