I can't share any experience with this app as I was unable to login...unable to create m-pin too. Finally proved it's a govt app.

How can I obtain my lab reports? What is the process for selecting a lab? How am I supposed to know which department to choose? The app lacks clear instructions, which suggests inadequate guidance from the management team.
