This app used to be good, but since the "minor bug fix" on jan 10 it will not open on my Samsung phone. It gets to the Thaiwatsadu logo and stops! Tried it many times with same result. 🤔 My phone is up-to-date, so I can only think that the app is broken with the Jan 10 update? Edit.app seems to be fixed with the latest update, Feb 16. Back to 4 stars rating!

I give 5 star because of recently improving user interface, I like the details on Tiles section which clearly mention tile texture and finishing with icons which make it easier to make decisions online without visiting store. However, there still need more information for Tile section i.e. indoor/outdoor icon

UPDATE: If you truthfully apologize for the experience, change the policy so no one ever gets the experience again. Thai Wausau chose this policy. No Gateway will ever lock a customers' money for up to 45 days. It's a choice made by Thai Wausau. So apology not accepted. Up to 45 days refund policy. That's laughable and unreasonable. I'll use Global House instead from now on. If the shop does not have what you just paid for, they will keep your money for 45 days anyhow. Greedy service.

Don't trust this App, The online delivery system is trash. I ordered 130,000 worth of materials and tools for a project. I paid the delivery and choose a schedule and time. The system rescheduled my order for 3 times. The store branch doesn't even let me pickup any of my PAID orders. Use this app just to check the items, but don't buy from this App.
