My experience with Thali and More has been extremely disappointing. The brand offers reward points on orders to attract customers, but when it comes to redeeming those points, customers start facing unnecessary issues. When trying to redeem through the app, it repeatedly shows a “Technical Issue” message. And when this problem is raised at the outlet, instead of resolving it, the staff simply says “sorry” and avoids taking responsibility. This kind of practice is misleading and unfair to custom

Terrible Delivery Service Absolutely ridiculous delivery times. This restaurant is barely 4 km away, yet every single time I order, it takes over 2 hours for the food to arrive. The food might be fine, but the management and delivery logistics are a complete joke. If you are hungry now, do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
