Reach has exemplary customer service! Everyone I have talked to there goes the extra mile, no leaf unturned! Phone service has been excellent. My only disappointment is having to dial *86 and listen to all voicemails to hear the last one. My last carrier placed voicemails on the phone, and you could look at them individually and choose which to play. MUCH more streamlined and useful. Overall, excellent service for a reasonable price. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I love Reach! Anyone who uses the Play Store rating system should rate apps based off the apps' performance, features, and interface. Giving a one-star review due to your device being incompatible means you are a moron. Ratings reflect on the app not your phone, or inability to understand the app. Reviews carry weight with the app devs drive to improve the app as well as people researching the app and service. Only a moron rates an app one star due to their own device and inability.

The service doesn't work at my house and doesn't allow me to use Wi-Fi for calls. Will be switching soon for this reason. I tried to like it, but it just doesn't work. I get double text messages, missed text messages, the voicemail box is full of only a few saved messages. It's fairly cheap, and I do like the charitable nature of the service... I just don't like doing cartwheels to get texts to send...

Well just took advantage of a spark light promotion which partners with reach mobile. DL'd the app. Sign in with email. Redirect to spark light, which autopopulates, and.....stuck on a waving hand that says "new service, no stress-set up is fast and flawless". A little ironic. Rebboted and logged back in 3 times. Thought about a clearing cache etc., but I just installed, so I don't that's the issue. Disappointing. I'll update if the problem is resolved.
