The service from the team it's not good, they don't even respond to our calls, even if we visit to there office in madinat taboos, nobody will take responsibility for job done after waiting for 45 minutes the team will say will come back within 5 minutes then they will disappear if you top up the amount you can't transfer to local banks required 2 working days or remittance will, so I request to thawani team to take serious call on client issues. Otherwise, stop this services

I've requested mo jab card and it's been 3 weeks the app tells that in 3 to 5 days you will get the card but it's a lie ive contacted on WhatsApp they say oh check for sms on your registered mobile number we do not know there is no update on your card don't know why they advertise every day mo jab card on Instagram if they cannot provide one
