Just like the current watch market, this app is unstable garbage. It crashes frequently, your account on the app doesn't seem to sync with your account on the computer, images frequently don't display properly, and overall it's just a clunky experience. I like matchbox as a company and this app has potential, but right now it's not great.

Cool concept and has big potential, however it doesn't cater to the people who can only afford watches that are $100-$1000. Only has the super luxury brands as options to add to your "collection" but nothing from easily reputable and attainable brands like the top sellers at jewelry and watch stores. More people own/buy Citizens, Bulovas, and Seiko more than any other brand on this app, and I see no option to add a watch manually to my "collection"
