The 2 A.M. Operator

It is 2 a.m. Who is on the other end of the line?

You are the night-shift telephone operator. Read incoming calls, choose your questions, and investigate conflicting records. Use the evidence to identify the caller and decide where to connect them. The final connection is yours to make.

TRUST THE VOICE, OR TRUST THE RECORD?
You can ask up to three questions per call. Compare the caller's words with the information on the line, then find the clues you need to make your decision.

EVERY CONNECTION LEAVES A TRACE
Select your evidence, identify the caller, choose a destination, and make the connection. The consequences return in later calls and handover notes.
