The 72 Names: Shem ha-Meforash

Three verses of Exodus, at the crossing of the sea, each contain seventy-two letters. Woven together, the middle verse reversed, they give seventy-two divine names of three letters: the name of seventy-two, sometimes called Shem ha-Meforash.

Scrub or play through the derivation and watch each name emerge from the verses, letter by letter, with the letters lit in the Hebrew text. Browse the full table, right to left. Open any name to see exactly where its letters come from. Hold names in view in a quiet procession: a single name, your saved names, or all seventy-two.

CHECKED, NOT COPIED
The app derives the names from the verses in code and tests the result against the customary list.
