Thanks, for improvement. Members can now book the Seats in any show if he has balance in his account. Please do the manual integration of payment if live give issues to you. So anybody can purchase and use it not only the members with balance.

Not receiving OTP code. On first attempt it is saying too many attempts on the app and asking contact support. Website registration is also not working. Not receiving OTP code.

Pathetic experience, I called everyone helpline number of the arena cinema that I could find on the internet they not even picked once. The app doesn't even work properly it is not showing all the show timings and everything that are there on their website. This is my first time trying to book tickets from the arena cinema, and probably it would also be my last. Worst experience ever.
