Great company. Samantha if u read this an indemnity letter is just a document that states who what where when n y... It's, so they can legally file an insurance claim if the money was legit lost make sure u date and sign n put letter of indemnity on top in bold

IDK if this app is a scam or wat cause every time I made up a username the same 2 numbers came up to log in with.they were supposedly made by me .and u had to know these numbers to update your profile. Very weird.

They stole $3244 from me. Yes you read that right. I requested a deposit in the amount of $3244. I accidentally entered the wrong deposit information, and left off a number. I was told the payment would be rejected and automatically sent back because it was an invalid account or account that doesn't exist. Here we are going into 3 weeks later, and they are REFUSING to send the money back without an indemnity letter and making me wait another week or 2. Don't ever use this company.

I have both Varo Banks as well. I've tried everything to get them connected. And every time the amounts come through to verify the external linked account is gone then I have to start the process over. And I've already changed my phone number on file and that didn't work. Then I try to sign in to this directly, and I'm not a user.... so frustrating. If you can fix I'll give better rating.
