Works fine. Web App and Android App..... I'm primarily a user of the web app (PWA). However, I decided to install the android app to test the other features. First off, the app is missing knurl auth. So, email authentication it is. Second, the UX/UI lets you down when you want to archive a used card. Two taps top right to select to archive, then one tap bottom of screen to do it. I'm in the US, so I can't speak to the trouble EU customers have had with Virtual Visa cards. But all else was fine.

Solid business. They are a small company, but at least respond within 24 hours or less. They do not use generic templates to reply to issues, nor AI generated answers. You can tell they read your messages and understand ypur issues. Good support. The app is sleek and easy to use. The people whining here are because they don't know how lightning network or Bitcoin works and want "their" money back.

Works only first time when I register new email on new Ip adress. After first time I used the card, it stopped working. Doesn't matter if iam in Europe or in Asia. Customer support didn't unblock the card and didn't get any refund back for over month. This service sucks big time because stupid Card provider blockers or whatever they are using. Why I need to beg for my own money ? You figure this out, or you should close the business, because you will be called scammers all the time.

WARNING, If you use this company and the products don't work for whatever reason, which there are thousands, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Horrible "support" won't help at all, only will redirect you in circles or provide half answers that do nothing to solve the issue. Basically, "sorry no refunds, good luck" is what you get. I recommend you try your luck with Bitrerill or eGifter instead. Nothing is 100% foolproof, though these have been more reliable (except the MasterCards)

I bought a $100 virtual Visa card which contains an undefined card number. I've contacted support multiple times over the past couple of weeks and have not heard anything. Not recommended.
