I've used this app since it first came out on apple in 2021 (after following Joe Wicks YouTube exercises from the pandemic) and am a lifer! I exercise using this app nearly every day - strength training and yoga mainly, but I mix it up with HIIT and other mobility from time to time too. The monthly program is fab - easy to get the hang of & easy to maintain. The recipes are fun and varied too. It has changed my life, truly!

Wasted my money. I am coming up 65 & I am obese and very unfit. I saw this app advertised on TV and thought it looked a good way to ease me into a fitness & healthy eating regime. However, there are absolutely NO workouts suitable for unfit seniors starting from scratch. This has completely demotivated me, but it would have been good if there had been a trial period before my having to sign up. Instead, I've lost pounds all right, but sterling rather than avoirdupois.

I unfortunately don't have enough characters to write my full review. I don't like how you are put behind a pay wall, with no trial or refund, without seeing the app at all. I cancelled within an hour and don't get my money back. I only wanted this app for meal plans, but it feels completely tacked on. I don't eat fish, but I didn't get the choice of not having fish when selecting meal plans. I'm allergic to shellfish and mushrooms (I have to manually hide those meals) they are a lot of my meals

Can only get as far as to log in without being forced to sign up any pay for a subscription which im already paying for. Please choose better app developers.
