★★★★★ I use for breathing practice & meditation. The sound make me calm and easy to concentrate. Simple & efficient. No add is good too.
★★★★★ Simple resonant breathing app. It is bare bones but effective at its goal of teaching resonant breathing. Watch the how-to videos for adjusting the very few settings, basically the time and ratio of your inhale and exhale. It offers different audio cues. There are many other breathing or meditation apps for different results, this one is strictly for resonant breathing. No ads, not much else going on, just press play and off you go. I love the simplicity.
★★☆☆☆ There are no screens to chose from, there is no sound. The app seems to be outdated on android.
★★☆☆☆ Update ruined the app, now entirely useless, sound does not keep time with timer. 4-6 time is way off
★★☆☆☆ There is no sound? I tried uninstalling then re-installing but still didn't work. I loved this app, but now that there is no sound I can't use it
★★☆☆☆ Not very useful without auditory cues, surel? I close my eyes during some sessions, and sometimes I practice while driving. Without auditory cues, eg a high/low bell for inhale/exhale, this app is not very useful to me.
