Quality Clothes, Shoes, Sleepers & Accessories. The sales are great. I like shopping for my Great Grand babies! I have no problems with the App, my items doesn't take long to get to my address. I've bought a lot of items from Children's Place, Jamboree, Sugar and Jade. I love their items! 2026 STILL SHOPPING TCP. IT SEEMS THE PRICES ARE HIGHER = THE ONLY CHANGE.

I tried to place an order using a $5 reward and a free shipping coupon. Their posted inventory was inaccurate so my order was cancelled, and I lost both coupons. I contacted customer service to see if I could substitute a different color in the original order. Their system is terrible. Despite it being their mistake, they will not change orders and "could not" return my points. I did get the free shipping coupon back though. Also, the item I tried to buy is still displayed as available.

After closing a lot of their stores. They no longer offer free return via mail. It's either you pay for shipping the return or find a store which in my case is an hour away from me to return. I definitely DO NOT recommend this store.

You have an excellent website and your mobile works good, but this app is ridiculously slow and glitchy. Please, work on fixing it because I love online shopping at your store. Well, now your partnership with Comenity has caused me to close my account and never shop with you again. They actually tried a few illegal fees on my account like charging a late fee a literal week after a store pickup and then trying to pyramid fee the late fee (completely illegal in NY state). Sad end after 10+ yrs.
