★★★★★ Went for a birthday and Mother's Day the service was fantastic especially our server Alan the whole staff are very friendly, polite and very helpful. Food was amazing and cocktails loved them will be coming back in April. The robots 🤖 are brilliant and so much fun to watch

★★☆☆☆ App was rubbish and had to keep calling over staff, who were great. Was a bit disappointing that it wasn't the usual buffet and was a table service as servings were tiny. Two onion rings as a starter.really? Food was tasty tho, staff were brilliant and during covid felt the safety precautions were good.

★★☆☆☆ What a disgrace. My partner and I visited the blackpool buffet after a year and still had you use an app to look at a menu and order food. The waitress or IT support had no clue about customer service. After we ordered our drinks we had to order on the app by looking at photos and ticking our choice, our starter came by a robot tray on wheels. Nothing about table sundries like salt soy sauce etc. Had to use app to contact waitress to attend after 3 attempts our mains came which was wrong. 4/10
