I see other reviews about getting setup. I did not face any issues, although I waited two days after confirming service to install and set up the app. I like the notifications, so I am not caught off guard about when they are showing up.

Newsletter, FAQ and cleaning tip links are totally broken and do nothing. As others have shared, notifications DO NOT WORK on my Galaxy S22 Ultra; I've uninstalled/reinstalled, ensured notifications are on/ nothing blocked, etc. It would be great to have features like skipping a cleaning, change frequency and ad hoc/special requests. I can see some minor details of my upcoming and past cleanings, manage my payment methods and set automatic tips. App hasn't been updated since Nov 2021 & it shows

I am SO frustrated!! The "Forgot password?" link is BROKEN in the app. Now I can't even log into it!!!

I was able to get this app to work before. Now the app won't let me use forgot password and I can't get into my account. A poor system to use when wanting to stay in touch. I hope they have an update soon.
