The app started off well but is since refusing to open and keeps crashing. (I've only had the app installed for a week).

The app has rarely kept me logged in & when logged out I have had to reset my password most times. I had a period of occasional access. Recently it has logged me out & won't accept my password which I know is correct. I've asked at my club & they said to uninstall & reinstall. The app now won't log me in at all. It says to ask at the club, but they say all they can advise is to reinstall. I have missed out on classes as I need the quick access of the app to look at timetables & for bookings.

I have been told to delete app and reinstall, so I can book classes 7 days in advance rather than 4. Deleted app and then tried to reinstall, and it says app is installed but not able to find it in my apps. Or even open app from Google store.

Install. Uninstall. Install. Can you please sort the Android app out? It causes people to miss a place on the class they want. As others have said you Install it but it doesn't show up. I have a Samsung. V frustrating a nd annoying.
