★★★★★ Would like to use this for payments. Aside from that, stable app, secure, and useful.

★★★★★ Have been with this bank for almost 10 years, have used the banking app since apps began. It's been brilliant until today. Looks like there are issues with the servers. Will update when it's dealt with. 14/12/18 After the launch of the new app which is in useable for me, I now get a message to say this version wil be withdrawn. When that happens its bye bye co-op, unless they've managed to fix the new one (I highly doubt).

★★★★★ Just wondering if you will be adding a "freeze card" option like the majority of other banks now? Halifax and Barclays are definitely doing it.

★★☆☆☆ You are DELUDED and INCOMPETENT! I have this app installed on three Android devices, the oldest of which is one year and eleven months old. There are NO operating system updates pending on ANY of them. It has always worked perfectly. But now it does not work on any of them! I will NOT be going back to last decade "online banking", and I will NOT be buying new handsets and tablets to compensate for your incompetence. You now have a banking app which excludes MILLIONS of Android users! If that is the level of your competence, and "customer care", then you deserve to lose every customer you have. This app is now USELESS, and your software developers need to be SACKED immediately if they think that this is anywhere even close to being acceptable. My accounts at Co-operative Bank will now be transferred to someone who knows what they are doing.

★★☆☆☆ So I have android Oreo....not the very latest version admittedly, but recent enough - and the app no longer works at all after the latest update. I'm hoping you're not going to suggest everyone has to be on Pie for the app to work?? If so, might have been an idea to let customers know before they updated!
