I am a premium customer, and it's working perfectly via my computer but on my phone and iPad there is an error saying that "you need to upgrade your account..." I have a Premium account!

It was great until a recent update. It keeps saying credentials expired and need to log in. But the app keeps crashing every time I try to do this.
