Why does the app ask me to enter an other card for leaving a tip? Ihavent left a tip due to this because I'm always in a position where I can't pull out my card again to enter the information.

I sent the link for friend to 2 ppl. 1 I witnessed and helped sign one up myself. I used the link and typed in my friend code and neither my friend nor I received a free drink coupon afterward sign up was completed

It is hard to believe a major coffee shop business has such a terrible mobile app. It is basically a scam app forcing me to add money to their account even though I have more than enough for the order. I keep receiving an error message upon checking out until I add money to the "coffee Bean" card. If I select any other payment method, I get the same error message. Super frustrating!

For 3 weeks now you can't order anything blended or for some drinks you can't add a cream cap. Why? Because the whole tab is missing.
