Why does the app ask me to enter an other card for leaving a tip? Ihavent left a tip due to this because I'm always in a position where I can't pull out my card again to enter the information.

I think the app is good, but what killed me a little today is that after picking the "recent" order I got before, I was about to change the location before paying, but after I did, It emptied my bag. How inconvenient, good thing the location was far away, or I would have been fuming.

IDK why everyone complains about this app. They're too picky and probably couldn't figure out how to use their own phone. I like it. Everyone else I know does too.

Decent. Unsure if it was just blind ignorance on my part. Or if the option is genuinely missing... however, I was unable to add a tip to my mobile order? Can the option to add a tip be included post transaction for say a 30 min window?

DO NOT UPDATE!!!!! USE YOUR POINTS NOW OR YOU'LL LOSE MOST OF THEM! Not only did CBTL SCREW you over by the rewards costing WAY MORE - free drink is now 600 points vs 400 etc. Starbucks lost millions of faithful customers over their rewards tier and CBTL said "watch this, we'll make it worse and push customers back to char bucks." The app doesn't even work to place orders. DO NOT UPDATE!!!!

It is hard to believe a major coffee shop business has such a terrible mobile app. It is basically a scam app forcing me to add money to their account even though I have more than enough for the order. I keep receiving an error message upon checking out until I add money to the "coffee Bean" card. If I select any other payment method, I get the same error message. Super frustrating!
