The Collective - Watertown

We are a vibrant community of changemakers. Within these walls, we dream without limit. We challenge the status quo. We nurture bold ideas and foster innovation. Here, we build strong families and communities. Together.

Your work. Inspired.
Make your work come alive in a space that embodies big goals and bold thinking… and makes a lasting, positive impact on the community.

Welcome to a workspace infused with community and purpose. Belonging here signals that you are a powerful force for the common good. (It also happens to be a beautiful, state-of-the-art campus.)

A space that celebrates community stewards.
We are selective about our partners. We’re building a vision, not just signing leases, so we’re looking for the right fit. (Which has more to do with your values than your resume, by the way.)

You believe in better – not just for yourself, but for everyone in our community. Whether through your day job or by volunteering (for city council, for your faith, for the little league), your efforts help Watertown and the surrounding areas shine.

Collaboration is the only way to foster real, lasting change, and that means bringing all kinds of voices together around a common goal. That’s the space we are seeking to create. Bursting with a diversity of enterprises, viewpoints, backgrounds and ideas… but with a common thread of care for our community’s future weaving it all together.
