Another awful Collins ebook app forced on us by school in place of real books. Phonics books don't render properly so the text overlays multiple lines on top of one another making the text illegible in portrait orientation. Turn your phone to landscape and the text disappears entirely. What a joke, did anyone at Collins do a user test on this? Schools should be demanding a refund of the extortionate fees I expect they are charged to subscribe to this awful system. Good luck learning to read kids!

School provided login details and a guide, but can only log in using an email and password. Absolutely awful system.

Terrible app. The only reason I have to use it is for my child's reading, school uploads ebooks to it for us to read with her. It regularly crashes, and you cannot zoom into the text properly. At the moment it's just constantly buffering before I've even chosen a book to read. Very frustrating, all while trying to convince a child to sit and read.

Replaced my son's old Collins app with this one. Can't believe such a simple app could be so poorly made. Hard to navigate, zooming in can cause problems and text can often be rendered poorly. App repeatedly crashes, so I have to clear data/cache and log back in. Imagine trying to keep a 5-year-old engaged whilst this is happening. Very frustrating experience overall.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
