Not sure why there are so many poor reviews, maybe for earlier, less functional versions. The app worked perfectly, was able to join the waitlist from home (there is a 30-mile radius), got a text when less than 20 were ahead, and a text and phone call to check in when only five were ahead. It's easy to join and leave the list so check the line much earlier than you want to be seated, like 2 hours on the weekend. Still wish they took reservations which is why I'm giving four, not five stars.

You call the restaurant, and the automated recording tells you that you have to download the app to get on the waitlist. So you download the app, and put in your information to create a profile, and then click "Join our waitlist." And the app crashes. Every time. Complete garbage. Fix the app, or allow people to call in and be added to the waitlist and delete your ridiculously long recording. The app doesn't work. Went even keep paying the fee to keep it in the app store.
