This app does not play videos at all. Can't get it to work. The app on Chromecast also does not work at all.

The collection and curation are unparalleled. Unfortunately, the app leaves a lot to be desired. Slow and disconnects from casting constantly. Worse, it doesn't remember where I was at, so every time I restart it I have to scrub through to find where I was. Movie lovers deserve better than this app.

It kept saying my email had already been used for the free trial and there was no way to argue? I normally really like criterion, but after this one movie im deleting the app and will never use again

App randomly won't play the movie or stops playing the movie in the middle for no reason and doesn't save your progress. Sometimes I just watch in browser because the app is so terrible.

No access to subscription controls through app, customer service requires you to be signed in to ask them for help. No success canceling subscription because they won't send a reset email.
