Comments on The Daebak Company for Android

★★★★★ Not a 5 rating yet because haven't used app, just installed. What I can rate 5🌟 is their service and products, if you are into the Korean wave you can find from kpop to beauty products here and their Daebak mystery boxes are really cool !!! Happy shopping 😁

★★★★★ I love😍 l love this 😍😍 its so, so good to order here even every day I like to order here blackpink merch its so soo good😘😘🤗

★★★★★ I love this company! Customer service is really helpful. All merchandise is authentic. I've never had issues with this app. So glad I found this company to order all my kpop items from.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT give this company your money. They have stopped shipping orders but continue to take people's money. Anyone that ordered a yearly sub to their boxes haven't gotten anything in over a year. All other orders are not shipping but yet orders are still being accepted. All contact attempts go completely ignored. When they were answering it was lies. A great company at one time are now complete criminals enjoying vacations on our money.

★★☆☆☆ Do yourself a favor and do not order from them until they ship everyone their summer, etc. boxes and solve their customer support tickets because I have also been a longtime customer of Daebak for so many years, and it was great until last year. I have waited for my refund for almost three months by now, and they lack professionalism, accountability, and urgency in solving my issue. I would suggest everyone put a stop in supporting them until they get their bleep together. I'm very disappointed.
