As a Messianic Gentile, I'm grateful that I came across the Didache! I'm still very curious about the work, especially in its own Jewish context. I'm eager to study the many parallels to the Torah/Tanak and Gospels that are in the Didache, and hopefully this opens the door of getting into the mindset of a Jewish Apostle living in the first century. Albeit for now, some surfaced reading to "wet my palette" is good to start off with.
