Overall this app is amazing with ton of redemption and more. Apps future is smooth and easy to navigate. It would even better if the location of spot places is wide. I'm from Singapore and I do lots and lots of my foods purchases at neighborhood areas. I'm residing in the north area of Singapore and there is alot of shops and Malls around it including café's. I try to use these apps to purchases foods and other items, but it could not locate or location failed. Can the developer rectify this issue

Goodbye, entertainer. I've been a member since 2018, and it was the best savings app. The 25% discount was a fantastic benefit, even when they increased the price. However, the price has now gone higher—almost 600. I don't see anything special, especially since they removed the 25% discount and are asking for a higher price. No, thanks, I'm out. Even though I just lost almost 18k smile points because I didn't renew. Updated essad and fazza better than paying 650

Do NOT claim the free One Heart UAE package if you already have a paid membership. This is an SCAM. I had a Family membership for the UAE package for the full year. After claiming the “free” One Heart UAE promotion, my existing membership was automatically removed without any warning. The One Heart package has far fewer offers, and support refused to restore my original membership. They told me the only way to get the full UAE package again is to pay for a new subscription. Completely misleading

I had a disappointing experience using the Entertainer offer for Azure beach. I paid 200 AED expecting 400 AED value for two people based on the offer “buy one, get one” fully redeemable and phone confirmation, but after we were already seated inside, we were told it only applies as 200 AED total. Also, I was informed over the phone that parking would be included, but it was not provided, and I had to pay 100 AED per person for parking. The offer details should be communicated more clearly
