Do not join this company. I cancelled my membership the VERY SAME dat u joined when I realized I wasn't interested in anything. They have been trying to draft my account for the $95 fee ever since. I have gone through their cancelation process 3x, and it is STILL trying to draft my account. (Thankfully it's not an account I use much but still...)

Great concept and really, really bad execution! It started out great. Then they started cheap quality. Then came shipping delays. From few days to a week and a month a snow I have 3 orders that were supposedly in stock but have been pending for 6 months or more (yes 6 months, it's not a typo) So if you like we are sorry emails after asking for updates every month this is the place. Oh they also don't ship free any more under $70. They changed this after I paid for a 12-month fee.

I feel guilty for using this service. The food arrived spoiled (what should have been frozen was warm) and the packaging is not environmentally friendly (lots of styrofoam). I strive for low waste and feel so bad throwing out all this food. I'll give it an extra star for letting me cancel my subscription with a refund and no hassle.
