My first resort experience and it was awesome, extremely relaxing and much needed rest from the hustle and bustle. Excellence is tucked away like a private oasis and the app makes it so easy to navigate the activities on the ground.

Neither my wife nor I could get the app to download. We tried everything, and it will only go to 51%. We even had several staff members attempt to help us, and they also gave up. Very frustrating since we are here on our 25th anniversary and can't see any of the menus or events.

Would be great if it was more accurate or there was a chart with what restaurants and bars were open per day and hour. Seemed like they changed at will randomly.
