App doesn't work. Installed twice, uninstalled twice. Goes to startup screen and freezes there. Stupid me, I paid for a subscription via my Samsung TV, and it doesn't work on it either. Figured I could get the phone app to work instead. Nor does their tech support respond to your issues.
