★★☆☆☆ Loved the app, but it did an update and now can't get on it very disappointed

★★☆☆☆ I used to be able to enter and delete new billers along with creating recurring internal transfers through the app. Now I have to use the desktop version, and it has to be Chrome as the browser since Firefox, my preferred browser, cannot open the pop-up window. I have checked all my settings and Pop up windows are allowed. I cannot delete reoccurring transfers either. Through the app and the desktop. Yes, I called the branch and they were also unsuccessful. Still <3 them though!

★★☆☆☆ I recently upgraded phones, and now I can't get the app to load at all. It was nice when it worked maybe the software needs to be updated to be used on newer phones.

★★☆☆☆ Really unhappy with the bank, have wanted restrictions on my account off, so I can have access to my money I get safety, but I'd rather be able to have my money when I want it not having to wait or transfer in between accounts just to get money the next day.

Its time-consuming going to my bank to do transaction (specifically when I live 30 min away from the bank). I commented to the teller about the app not working, and she didn't have a clue o received any complain about the app not working...it's a great tool this app, however need fix quickly
