First order, 2 packs of partially off diced beef that stunk and was slimy, even though it still had 8 says left on the date. I accepted their apologies and received a £10 credit for my next order. Next order... 6 out of 7 items arrived. No lamb shanks. 100% failure rate. Their beef mince is good, however.

Awful user and customer experience. Pay someone more reputable!! This will cost you more if you account for loss of your time. 6-8 week for bank refund. The app is glitchy, clumsy and awful to use. Customer service replaced by bots and the systems they use are as clumsy as the app. I had to liase with DPD supervisor to get the box, they printed my address wrong. When it arrived the 3 kg sirloin had a broken vacuum seal. Customer service response was that I should talk to my bank. Joke.

Purchased Mystery bundle XL at a cost of £89 via The Fat Butcher’s app with no ingredient or allergen labelling. This caused a medical incident for my diabetic partner. Despite multiple emails and web chat attempts since 18 November, we received no acknowledgement or response. Extremely concerning lack of food safety compliance and customer care. I have now escalated this to the food standards agency and Trading standards, along with my solicitors

Disappointing!!!. First order was well under minimum weight. £5 credit was given. 2nd order was OK. Quality of meat was average. 3rd order was canceled and refunded with no explanation. Messaged multiple times with no response. I will take my business else where!!
